Built for storm nights

The snow‑removal CRM your crew can drive out of the box.

Dispatch storm routes, watch your tractors move live, and get invoices paid — without a six-week setup or a safari through nested menus. If you can run a plow, you can run SnowTracker.

No setup fees  ·  No per-driver app fees  ·  Bring your own hardware

The 2 a.m. screen

One screen runs the whole storm.

Routes, trucks, properties, and payments on a single live map. No tab roulette while it’s coming down sideways.

Out of the box

Simple isn’t a feature. It’s the whole point.

01

Set up before the coffee’s cold

Add customers, trace property lines off real parcel maps, drop them on routes. Most crews dispatch their first storm the same week they sign up.

02

No hunting for features

Everything lives two clicks from the map. No modules to license, no admin console archaeology, no “ask your account rep” buttons.

03

It already speaks snow

Seasonal contracts, per-visit pricing, priority properties, salt add-ons, storm-day triggers — built in from day one, not bolted on.

The good stuff

Everything a snow company actually uses.

And nothing you’ll pay for and never open.

GIS mapping that knows your town

Property boundaries snap to real municipal parcel data — trace a driveway-perfect geofence in seconds, not an afternoon of pin-dropping. Aerial layers included.

Storm dispatch & smart routing

One button snapshots every route for the storm, ranked by priority tier. Our routing engine thinks like a plow driver — it knows a left turn across traffic costs you minutes.

Live tracking customers can see

Every customer gets a private link: a live map on storm nights, a clean service history after. Fewer “did you come last night?” calls. A lot fewer.

Quote → invoice → paid

Send quotes by text or email, let customers accept and pay online with Stripe. Seasonal contracts, per-visit billing, priority tiers, salt add-ons — it already speaks snow.

Weather that pulls its weight

An Environment Canada feed watches every service area. Storms trigger dispatch and customer notifications by SMS and email — before the flakes hit the windshield.

Works in July, too

Calendared lawn routes run the green season on the same customers, crews, and invoices. One tool, twelve months of revenue.

Driver app · iOS + Android

An app your crew won’t rage‑quit.

Buttons sized for work gloves. One tap on arrival, one on done — GPS quietly logs the visit in the background and your office sees it live.

  • Runs on the phones your drivers already own
  • Background tracking that survives an all-nighter
  • Every visit lands in the customer’s service log automatically
  • Included on every plan — zero per-driver fees

White-glove service

White‑glove service.
Work‑glove support.

Software companies love to hand you a help-center link. We hand you our phone number.

We move you in

Coming from another CRM — or a heroic spreadsheet? We migrate your customers, properties, pricing, and history for you. It’s part of onboarding, not an invoice line.

We train your people

Office staff and drivers both. By the first storm, nobody’s guessing — the dispatcher knows the map and the crew knows the big amber button.

We answer at 2 a.m.

It’s dumping, your crews are out pounding the snow, and something’s weird? Call. A human who can fix it picks up — we keep storm hours too.

For your website

Real SDKs. Not an iframe with a hat on.

Put a quote-request widget and a live storm-night tracking map on the website you already have. Script tag or React, authenticated with a browser-safe publishable key.

  • Published on npm under @snowtrackerpro
  • Quote requests land straight in your pipeline
  • Customers watch storm progress on your domain
import { createClient } from '@snowtrackerpro/sdk-core';

const snowtracker = createClient({
  publishableKey: 'pk_live_your_key' // safe for the browser
});

// Drop the quote widget + live storm map
// into the site you already have.
snowtracker.quoteWidget('#request-a-quote');
snowtracker.liveMap('#storm-night-map');

Pricing

Priced by the tractor. Like it should be.

Questions

Fair questions, straight answers.

How long does setup take?

Days, not months. Add your customers, trace property lines straight off municipal parcel maps, drop properties onto routes, and dispatch. Most crews run their first storm on SnowTracker within the week — and our team sets it up with you.

Can you migrate us from our current CRM?

Yes — and we do it for you. Customers, properties, pricing, and history come over from your existing CRM or spreadsheet stack as part of white-glove onboarding. No CSV wrestling on your end.

What counts as a tractor?

Any machine you dispatch on a route — truck, tractor, loader, or skid steer. That’s the only number pricing cares about.

Do we need special hardware in the trucks?

No. The driver app runs on the iPhones and Android phones your crew already carries. Bring your own hardware — we never sell you gadgets.

Is the driver app extra?

Never. Every plan includes the driver app for iOS and Android with no per-driver licensing fees.

What happens when something breaks at 2 a.m.?

You call us and a human who can actually fix it answers. Storm nights are when you need us most, so that’s when we’re on.

Winter doesn’t wait for your software.

Be dispatching before the next storm — we’ll help you move in.
